Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
“We”, “us” and “Consulting by AUS” mean AUS Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
1. Who can use this site
You must be at least 18 years old. Our services are aimed at business owners and operators, not consumers buying for personal use.
2. This page does not govern our programs
If you buy a program from us, a separate written agreement governs that purchase. That agreement sets out the price, the payment schedule, what is delivered, refund and cancellation terms, and everything else that matters commercially. Where it conflicts with this page, the signed agreement wins. Nothing on this website changes what you signed, and nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance.
Read your agreement before you sign it. If any term in it is unclear, ask us before signing rather than after.
3. What we sell, and what we do not
We provide business consulting and education for operators building brands in the research use only vertical. We do not manufacture, distribute, sell, prescribe or recommend any compound for human use.
Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial, tax or investment advice. We are not licensed to provide any of it. You are responsible for the legal and regulatory compliance of your own business, including product labelling, marketing claims, permitted uses, import and tax. Take your own professional advice.
4. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that you will earn any money or achieve any particular outcome. The figures published on this site are examples and are not typical. Our Earnings Disclaimer forms part of these terms and you should read it in full before buying anything.
5. Applications
Submitting an application does not create a contract and does not entitle you to a call or to be accepted. We decline applications routinely and we are not obliged to give a reason.
6. Communications
If you give us your email address or phone number, you agree we may contact you about our services, including by automated email, call and text. That consent is never a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP, unsubscribing, or emailing austin@byaus.co. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Our content
Everything on this site and inside our programs — copy, video, frameworks, templates, standard operating procedures, supplier information and community material — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by copyright.
As a client you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use our materials to operate your own business. You may not resell, republish, license, share or repackage them, teach them as your own, or give access to anyone outside your business. Supplier and processor information is confidential and is one of the things you are actually paying for.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain access to areas of the site you are not authorised to use.
- Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site.
- Do not interfere with its operation or security.
- Do not impersonate us or imply an endorsement, partnership or affiliation we have not given in writing.
9. Third party services
The site embeds and links to services we do not control, including scheduling, forms, payments and community platforms. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. We are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, arising out of your use of this website.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from a paid program is governed by the limitation clause in your signed agreement, not by this page.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party right, including claims arising from how you operate your own business.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Venue for any dispute arising out of this website is Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. This does not prevent either party bringing a small claims action where the other resides or does business.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continued use of the site after that means you accept the revised version.
