Affiliate Disclosure
Some people who recommend Consulting by AUS are paid to do it. We run an affiliate program, and affiliates earn a commission when someone they refer buys from us. If you found us through someone else, assume they may be compensated.
1. How the program works
Affiliates are given a tracked link. If you buy after arriving through that link, the affiliate receives a percentage of what you pay. The commission percentage varies by the affiliate’s role and arrangement with us.
It costs you nothing. You pay the same price whether you came through an affiliate link or found us directly. The commission comes out of our revenue, not on top of your price.
2. Affiliates who also appear as testimonials
Some of the people whose results appear on this site are also affiliates. Where that is the case, it is a material connection and we disclose it alongside the testimonial.
You should weigh a recommendation from someone who earns money on your purchase differently from one that comes from someone who does not. That is exactly why this page exists.
3. Rules our affiliates must follow
Every affiliate agrees to these rules as a condition of participating. Breaking them ends the arrangement and forfeits unpaid commission.
You must disclose
- Clearly and conspicuously state that you earn a commission, in every post, video, story, email, DM and call where you promote us.
- The disclosure must be where someone will actually see it. Not buried at the bottom of a caption, not hidden behind “more”, not in a hashtag block, not in a video description nobody opens. If it is a video, say it out loud.
- Plain words. “I earn a commission if you sign up through my link” works. “#ad” alone at the end of a paragraph does not.
You must not claim
- No income guarantees. Do not say or imply that anyone will make a specific amount of money, or any money at all.
- No numbers we have not substantiated. Do not invent figures, and do not repeat a figure you have seen somewhere without checking it with us first.
- Your own results must be real, and labelled as not typical. If you share your own numbers, they must be true, you must be able to prove them, and you must say that they are not what a typical person achieves.
- No health or medical claims. Nothing about what any compound does, treats, or is safe for. This is a business opportunity in a research use only category, and it must be described that way.
- No fake urgency or invented scarcity. No deadlines that do not exist, no “last spot” that is not the last spot.
- No posing as us. Do not run ads, accounts or pages that look like official Consulting by AUS channels, and do not bid on our brand name in paid search without written permission.
- No fake reviews. Do not post a review of us on any platform as if you were an ordinary customer. Affiliates and team members are not eligible to leave reviews.
4. We monitor this
We review affiliate promotions. If we find an undisclosed promotion or a claim that breaks the rules above, we will ask for it to be corrected or removed, and we will end the arrangement for repeated or serious breaches.
